Delivery Options Overview
We aim to provide our customers with a faster order management and delivery nationwide. Usually orders from areas on Kumasi are delivered same-day.

Delivery/Shipping Fees:
Delivery/Shipping costs are based on a combination of the following:
- Weight and dimensions of your package
- Method of shipment (ground, air, sea, rail etc.)
- Location you are shipping from (Kumasi)
- Location you are shipping to (the destination Region, town, city)
We also offer free shipping for orders of GH¢ 15,000.00 and above.
Delivery charges are solely paid by customer unless;
1. Offered free delivery by order amount.
2. Using a promo-code purposely to offset delivery cost for customer
3. Customer privilege or waived by us.
Shipping Mode:
Chysboa Ventures offers ideal delivery/shipping methods for any item. Be it low priced through DHL/Standard Parcel Post, more quickly via Couriers or VIPEX, or especially reliable and secure by a specifically trained freight forwarder. And in addition you can also pick up your order yourself at our Shop if you prefer. On this page you´ll find an overview of all available delivery/shipping methods.
Delivery Time Frame:
Customers within Kumasi areas are likely to receive their purchases on the same day if the order was completed before 03:00 PM. Any orders made after 03:00 PM will be carried forward onto the next day for delivery to the customer which is also dependant on client’s location.
Customers may choose a proxy for the product to be delivered to by calling us or providing the shipping address and phone number during checkout. We will still call you to confirm this option.
Also, in situations where our form of delivery may not be the preferred choice of the customer, the customer is allowed to choose but note that we do not grant any security based on your own delivery options.

Accra – Intra city: within 24 hours
Takoradi, Sekondi & Tema: within 24 hours
Cape Coast, Koforidua, Tamale, Sunyani: within 24 hours
Tarkwa, Obuasi, Dunkwa: with 24 hours

Refunds
At CHYSBOA VENTURES we understand that sometimes our customers change their mind and need to return their handset and that is why we offer a 7 day change of mind returns period, which is extended to 21 days in the rare event that a handset develops a fault through no fault of your own for all of our retail handsets, please read the overview below to understand our returns process.
Returns Process
- Ensure that the handset (s) is in the exact the same condition as it was when you received it and that it has not been damaged whilst in your care.
- Please contact us to request a returns number, through our email: sales@chysboaventures.com
- Backup all the data from your handset, then factory reset and wipe your handset.
IMPORTANT
Please Ensure You Remove Any Security Locks – Returns Will Not Be Process If Your Device Is Locked. The device will be returned to you in such instances and there may be a handling fee applied.
- Fill out the returns contact form and send with your handset – please note that failure to provide the full information on your returns form will result in a delay in processing your return.
- Carefully package your item including all accessories originally received and send it to the address which you will receive an email once you contact us
- Send via a secure couriers and insured service – please note that the item is your responsibility until it is safely received at our warehouse.
- You shall bare the cost on returned item(s) charged by delivery service companies.
- Device returns and refunds are available from the moment you receive until 10-day period has passed.
- There will be a 20% deduction fee for the refund of the device’s total sale value, this is due to diagnostic testing and restocking the device. This fee will not apply if the box has not been opened and the device has not been used.
- A handling fee will be applied to customers who return devices with faults within the 6-month warranty, and our diagnostic team reports back that there is user damage that has caused the device to become faulty.
- The return of a device due to battery health being insufficient, is only valid for 3 days after receiving the device. This is due to user use as the battery health of the device will degrade overtime due to higher use of the device.
- The return due to user damage is not covered by the Chrysboa Ventures Warranty and therefore we cannot accept a return of the device.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
