Shipping Policy

We aim to provide our customers with a faster order and delivery nationwide. Usually orders from areas on Kumasi are delivered same-day.

WITHIN KUMASI

Customers within Kumasi areas are likely to receive their purchases on the same day if the order was completed before 03:00 PM. Any orders made after 03:00 PM will be carried forward onto the next day for delivery to the customer which is also dependant on client’s location.

OUTSIDE KUMASI

For customers outside of Kumasi, orders may deliver up to two days depending on the distance and delivery transport available.

We usually depend Fedex, VIPEX and couriers to deliver products to customers securely and as fast as possible. These delivery companies may deliver on the same day in most parts of the country.

Also, customers may choose a proxy for the product to be delivered to by calling us or providing the shipping address and phone number during checkout. We will still call you to confirm this option.

In situations where our form of delivery may not be the preferred choice of the customer, the customer is allowed to choose but note that we do not grant any security based on your own delivery options.

We do not provide customers with door-to-door delivery outside of Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly. The customer may have to visit the delivery transport service location for their product package. 

Customer is obliged to inspect the product and package immediately to help us resolve any issue thereof.

For any electronic product received, customer is obliged to crosscheck and confirm the device IMEI or serial number with the order information receive via email or text message.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery charges are solely paid by customer unless

1. Offered free delivery by order amount.

2. Using a promo-code purposely to offset delivery cost for customer

3. Customer privilege or waived by us.
